Let's connect

It’s a date! I’ll take my time to get to know you, your story and vision for your wedding day. We can connect through whatever feels best - email, phone or video - and decide if we’re the right fit.

Make it yours

Once we’ve decided that we’re a match, we’ll confirm some details and build a collection that is meaningful and tailored to you. Your story is unique, so your experience and wedding day should be too!

Make it official

After your collection has been decided, we’ll secure your date with a signed contract and 50% non-refundable retainer fee.

Engagement session

Between securing your date and wedding day, the fun begins! This is when we meet in-person and get comfortable in front of the camera for an engagement session.

The countdown

We will reconnect about halfway to your wedding date and create a photography timeline that captures what is most important to you. One month before your wedding, we will reconnect again and  finalize the timeline to ensure that everything flows smoothly.

Wedding day

It’s happening! All you need to do is be present. I’ll be there to capture every moment of your day as it unfolds.

Delivery

The excitement continues! Within 72 hours, you will receive a sneak peek. Turnaround time for SF City Hall weddings and intimate weddings is up to one month and larger weddings up to two months.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you travel?

Yes! I am based in the San Francisco Bay Area, but am available to travel in and out of state and even the country! 

What is your availability like?

I am flexible and available most weekends and some weekdays, but recommend securing your date sooner than later as my calendar tends to get booked up months in advance. 

Do you retouch photos?

In addition to color correction and grading, every collection includes basic retouching which involves removing distracting objects from the background and minor details such as stray hairs. I do not alter body parts. 

My fiancée and I worked with Hep for both our engagement and wedding shoot, and it was by far the best decision we made!
